Marc Bélanger

Chief Financial Officer

Marc Bélanger was until recently an independent financial advisor in the telecommunications industry, more specifically in EMEA region where he participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions projects, as well as financing and restructuring activities. He also served as interim CFO for various companies in the telecommunication and software industries.

Prior to this period, he was a director of financial analysis at Telesystem International Wireless. Mr. Bélanger began his career at Deloitte & Touche.

Marc has 17 years experience and is member of Québec Order of Chartered Accountants (CA).
